We utilize an ERP-based software infrastructure to manage our production and quality processes. Each product in our inventory is defined with unique part codes, enabling systematic tracking of all production stages—from initial input to the final product—through these identifiers.
Through our ERP system, process flow diagrams and workflow schemes are created for each stage a product undergoes. Every step of production is recorded, ensuring full traceability. This structure provides a transparent and verifiable data foundation for quality control, production planning, and overall process management.
With ERP integration, all operations—from design to manufacturing—are managed within a controlled, traceable, and sustainable framework. In our R&D and design department, we utilize the latest licensed SolidWorks software, through which all product design, analysis, and development activities are carried out.
