GENERAL EXPLANATIONS

To personal data subjects defined as the relevant person under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (PDPL) (hereinafter referred to as the Applicant);

• To learn whether your personal data is being processed,

• To request information regarding your personal data if it has been processed,

• To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is being used accordingly,

• To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,

• To request correction of personal data if it has been processed incorrectly,

• To request deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons requiring processing cease to exist, provided legally mandatory retention periods have expired and this does not prejudice our company’s rights,

• To request compensation for damages in case you suffer harm due to unlawful processing of personal data

These rights have been granted.

The procedure regarding applications to be made to DMS SAVUNMA, acting as the Data Controller for exercising the rights mentioned above, is stated below.

Application Principles

Applications may be submitted by printing out this form (or by signing with an e-signature and sending via e-mail);

By personal application of the applicant;

Through a notary public;
To the address: B.O.S.B. Mermerciler Sanayi Sitesi 3. Cadde No:5/1 Beylikdüzü/İSTANBUL, by writing “Information Request Within the Scope of the Personal Data Protection Law” on the notification envelope,
By being signed by the applicant with a “secure electronic signature” as defined under Electronic Signature Law No. 5070 and sent to the registered electronic mail address of DMS SAVUNMA;
To the address info@dmsgroup.com.tr, by writing “Information Request Within the Scope of the Personal Data Protection Law” in the e-mail subject line

Applications submitted to us will be responded to as soon as possible and in any case within thirty days from the date your request reaches us (the periods related to electronic notification under Article 7/a of the Notification Law shall apply). Depending on your request, responses will be delivered to you in written or electronic form. In order for our responses to be delivered properly, applications must be duly completed in accordance with procedure and sufficient contact information must be declared.

In order to eliminate legal risks arising from unlawful and unfair data sharing and especially to ensure the security of your personal data, DMS SAVUNMA reserves the right to request additional documents and information (copy of identity card, driver’s license, etc.) for identity and authorization verification. In the event that the information regarding your requests submitted within the scope of this form is inaccurate, outdated, or an unauthorized application is made, DMS SAVUNMA accepts no liability for requests arising from such incorrect information or unauthorized application.
